摘　　要：在介绍某轮WCB型生活污水处理装置构成和工作原理的基础上,针对装置消毒柜液位高位报警,排放泵持续运行的故障现象,对故障进行原因分析和排除,并对装置设计上的不合理之处提出改进意见。Based on the introduction of the composition and working principle of the WCB type domestic sewage treatment device of a ship,the causes of the malfunction were analyzed and eliminated on the basis of the malfunction phenomenon that the disinfection cabinet level was alarmed at a high level and the discharge pump continued to run,and suggestions for improvement were made on the unreasonable design of the device.
