摘  要:针对提升机长期暴露在高温、粉尘的恶劣环境中,其运行经常受到冲击振荡和电磁波的影响的问题,分析了煤矿提升机电气控制系统的技术改进措施。分析认为,优化后的提升机能有效提高设备运行性能,满足井下生产的需要,最大限度地降低设备的故障概率。Aiming at the problem that the hoist is exposed to the harsh environment characterized by high temperature and dust for a long time, which leads to the frequent failure of the mine hoist electrical control system, the technical improvement measures of the coal mine hoist electrical control system are analyzed. The analysis concludes that the optimised hoist can effectively improve the operational performance of the equipment, meet the needs of underground production and minimise the probability of equipment failure.
