摘　　要：在城市水工建设中,大部分工程仅具有防洪、抗涝以及引水等基础功能,如何在现有城市建筑的基础上,通过改造使其具备多样化的功能,有待专家学者进一步探究。以秦皇岛双向引水泵站的实例入手,分别从闸门启闭机的布置、钢支撑与钢柱拆除工程、电气改造等角度,探究双向引水泵站的改造策略,以供相关人士参考。In urban waterworks construction, most of the projects only have the basic functions of flood prevention, flood resistance and water diversion, etc. How to make them have diversified functions through renovation on the basis of the existing urban buildings is to be further explored by experts and scholars. Starting from the example of the two-way diversion pumping station in Qinhuangdao, the renovation strategy of the two-way diversion pumping station is explored from the perspective of the arrangement of the gate opening and closing machine, the steel support and steel column dismantling project, and the electrical renovation respectively, for the reference of relevant people.
