摘 要:传统乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)脱除技术,存在有机溶剂毒性大或挥发性强等问题。故本文采用正己醇耦合添加剂氢氧化钾法,剥离模拟光伏组件的封装材料EVA,探究了不同条件下的反应量及反应率,通过正交实验确定了最佳条件。实验结果表明,在反应温度145℃、液固比(溶剂体积与组件个数之比,mL/个)30:4、搅拌转速400r/min、氢氧化钾质量浓度6g/L、反应时间70min的最佳条件下,EVA的反应率为98.67%。各因素影响的主次顺序为反应时间>液固比>反应温度>搅拌转速>添加剂质量浓度。反应后经过离心处理可以分离出产物皂化EVA,反应前后正己醇的主要官能团未发生变化。The conventional ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA)removal technique has problems such as high toxicity of organic solvent or volatility.Therefore,this paper adopts the method of n-hexanol coupled with additive potassium hydroxide to strip the encapsulating material EVA of simulated photovoltaic modules.Investigated were the reaction quantity and reaction rate under various circumstances.Through orthogonal trials,the best conditions for removing EVA were identified.According to the experimental findings,the reaction rate of EVA was 98.67%at the optimal reaction temperature of 145℃,liquid-solid ratio(the ratio of solvent to the number of components,mL/pc)of 30:4,stirring speed of 400 r/min,potassium hydroxide mass concentration of 6 g/L,and reaction time of 70 min.The main order of influence of each factor is reaction time>liquid to solid ratio>reaction temperature>stirring speed>additive mass concentration.The product saponified EVA could be separated by centrifugation after the reaction,and the main functional groups of n-hexanol did not change after the reaction.
