摘  要:本文系统研究了TiO_(2)晶型、纯度以及预烧温度对Ba_(2)Ti_(9)O_(20)(B_(2)T_(9))微波陶烧结特性、相结构、微观形貌以及瓷微波介电性能的影响。XRD结果表明,以BaCO_(3)和纯度为0.9998的锐钛矿TiO_(2)为原料,1050℃预烧,1300℃烧结可以获得纯相的B_(2)T_(9)陶瓷。SEM表明,上述B_(2)T_(9)陶瓷的晶粒大小均匀,晶界清晰,结构致密性好,陶瓷样品具有最优的综合性能:ρ=4.49g/cm^(3),ε_(r)=34.9,Q×f=42598GHz,τ_(f)=-3.42ppm/℃。In this paper,the effects of TiO_(2) crystal type,purity and prefiring temperature on sintering characteristics,phase structure,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of Ba_(2)Ti_(9)O_(20)(B_(2)T_(9)) microwave ceramics were systematically studied.XRD results show that B_(2)T_(9) ceramics with pure phase can be obtained by pre-firing at 1050℃and sintering at 1300℃with BaCO_(3) and anatase TiO_(2) with purity of 0.9998 as raw materials.The SEM results show that the grain size of B_(2)T_(9) ceramics is uniform,the grain boundary is clear,the structure is compact,and the ceramic sample has the best comprehensive performance:ρ=4.49 g/cm^(3),ε_(r)=34.9,Q×f=42598 GHz,τ_(f)=-3.42 ppm/℃.
