应力集中系数和应力比对7475铝合金疲劳性能的影响

摘  要:测试得到了不同应力集中系数和应力比条件下的6条7475-T7351轧制厚板S-N(应力-疲劳寿命)曲线,并对这6条S-N曲线进行了分析对比。结果表明,在不同应力集中系数和不同应力比的影响下,S-N曲线表现出不同的变化规律,且试样的疲劳宏观断口形貌也存在一些细微的区别。最后,本文依据Neuber公式得到了该轧制厚板在不同应力比和应力集中系数下的疲劳缺口敏感系数。This article obtained six S-N(stress-fatigue life)curves of 7475-T7351 rolled thick plates under different stress concentration factors and stress ratio conditions,and the six S-N curves were analyzed and compared.The results show that under the influence of different stress concentration factors and different stress ratios,the S-N curve shows different changes,and there are some subtle differences in the fatigue macroscopic fracture morphology of the specimen.Finally,according to the Neuber formula,the fatigue notch sensitivity coefficient of the rolled thick plate under different stress ratios and stress concentration coefficients is obtained.
