摘　　要：中石化齐鲁分公司塑料厂高压聚乙烯装置挤压机后脱气室脱除的乙烯尾气直接放空,乙烯的体积含量≥95%,该部分气体未进行回收,造成资源浪费。通过增设尾气回收设施,每小时可以回收乙烯尾气20~30kg,每年至少可以回收乙烯168t,一年可以收回投资,节能降耗和环保效果显著。The exhaust gas removed from the extruder of the high-pressure polyethylene unit of Sinopec Qilu Branch is directly vented.The content of ethylene is up to 95(volume)%.This gas is not recovered and it is a waste of resources.Through the addition of exhaust gas recycling facilities,ethylene tail gas can be recovered 20~30 kg per hour.At least 168 tons of ethylene can be recovered every year.The project can pay back its investment within a year.In energy saving,consumption reduction and environmental protection,the effect is remarkable.
