摘  要:随着碳达峰、碳中和的到来,使得环保形势日趋严苛。作为传统的焦化行业环保治理首当其冲,目前炭黑烟气的排放也要求按超低排放标准执行。脱硝工艺为低氮氧化物燃烧改造再经过SCR中高温催化剂脱硝,脱硝后烟气热量回收利用。现有行喷布袋除尘过滤器,湿法脱硫+湿式电除尘烟塔合一形式,脱硫方法为大湿法(石灰石)脱硫。改造后,烟气中的颗粒物、总硫、总氮的排放值分别为10、35、50mg/m^(3)(标)(3%基准O_(2))。With the arrival of carbon peak and carbon neutralization,the environmental protection situation becomes increasingly stringent.As the traditional coking industry to bear the brunt of environmental protection,the emission of carbon black smoke also requires the implementation of ultra-low emission standards.Denitrification process for low nitrogen oxide combustion transformation and then through SCR high temperature catalyst denitrification;Heat recovery and utilization of flue gas after denitrification;Existing line spraying bag dust filter,wet desulphurization+wet electric dust smoke tower form;The desulfurization method is large wet desulfurization(limestone).After modification,the emission values of particulate matter,total sulfur and total nitrogen in flue gas are 10mg/m^(3)(N),35mg/m^(3)(N)and 50mg/m^(3)(N)(3%reference O_(2)),respectively.
