摘　　要：污水处理产业对于人们生活、经济发展、城市建设、环保事业等多方面都具有重要影响,而污水处理厂则在其中扮演了关键的角色,尤其现阶段城市污水处理压力持续加剧,针对污水处理厂工作质量与效率的要求进一步提升,如何妥善落实好污水处理厂设备安装与调试工作,保障污水处理厂可靠稳定运行,受到各界共同的关切。结合当前污水处理产业及污水处理厂建设发展,对其具体的设备安装与调试工作进行分析探讨,包括设备安装前的准备工作,离心泵、潜水泵、专用设备、刮泥机、鼓风机、脱水机等相关设备的实际安装,以及设备安装完成后的调试运行。The sewage treatment industry has an important impact on people’s life, economic development,urban construction, environmental protection and other aspects, and sewage treatment plants play a key role in this.Especially at this stage, the pressure of urban sewage treatment continues to increase. The requirements for work quality and efficiency of sewage treatment plants have been further improved. How to properly implement the installation and commissioning of sewage treatment plant equipment and ensure the reliable and stable operation of sewage treatment plants is a common concern of all walks of life, including the sewage treatment plant itself.Combined with the current sewage treatment industry and the construction and development of sewage treatment plants, the specific equipment installation and commissioning work is analyzed and discussed, including the preparations before equipment installation, centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, special equipment, mud scrapers,blowers, and dehydrators. The actual installation of related equipment, as well as the commissioning and operation after the installation of the equipment is completed.
