摘  要:以钼酸铵分光光度法的具体检测概念以及实际原理作为切入点,综合水质总磷检测的实际流程,以及具体的注意事项进行针对性分析。严格管控实验过程中的试剂调配保、存样品采样以及存储、沉降消解以及显色过程中的实际细节,可以有效提升氯酸铵分光光度法的检测价值,也能够有效实现水质检测,可促进当前的环保体系建设。Taking the specific detection concept and practical principle of ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry as the starting point, the actual process of water quality total phosphorus detection and the specific precautions are analyzed in a targeted manner. Strictly control the actual details of reagent deployment, preservation,sample sampling, storage, sedimentation, digestion, and color development during the experiment. Only in this way can the detection value of ammonium chlorate spectrophotometry be effectively improved, and water quality detection can be effectively realized. The current environmental protection system construction has a certain promoting effect.
