摘  要:为了对某软后坐试验炮的前冲-后坐运动、制退机力进行计算及优化,建立了其反后坐装置动力学模型,通过流场计算完善解析模型中的参数,通过流场仿真检验该模型与流场仿真模型的相似度,最终得到可以近似代替流场仿真模型的解析模型。基于牛顿运动定律、伯努利方程建立动力学模型,针对中心流口筒壁沟槽式制退机进行了匀速后坐仿真,得到沟槽与流口在匀速后坐时的体积流量分配规律;通过多速度、多开口面积仿真得到液压阻力系数与中心流口大小、流速的关系;通过多前冲速度、多前冲位移仿真得到前冲机压强损失的规律。通过Matlab计算参数完善后该模型的火炮发射过程,并将得到的后坐速度以预定义文件Profile的方式赋给Fluent瞬态仿真中的活塞,进行仿真验证。两者的结果对比说明,该数学模型能较好地与传统制退机流体Fluent仿真模型相吻合,多通道组合流液孔制退机的液压阻力可根据伯努利公式与通道间的流速比计算。In order to calculate and optimize of the forward and recoil motion, and braking force of a fire out of battery artillery, a dynamic model of the anti-recoil device was established. The parameters in the analytical model were obtained through the flow field calculation. The flow field simulation was carried out to verify the analytical model. An analytical model that can approximately replace the flow field simulation model was proposed. The analytical model was established based on Newton’s law of motion and Bernoulli’s equation. The volume flow distribution of the groove and the orifice recoiling at a uniform speed was obtained through simulation, and the relationship between the hydraulic resistance coefficient and the size of the center orifice and the flow rate was calculated through multi-speed and multi-open area simulation. The pressure loss of the front punch was studied through the simulation of multiple front punch speeds and multiple front punch displacements. The artillery launching process was calculated with the analytical model that all the parameters were determined, and the obtained recoil speed was assigned to the piston in the Fluent transient simulation user-defined Profile for simulation verification. The comparison of the two results shows that the mathematical model is in good agreement with the fluent simulation model of the traditional brake machine, and the hydraulic resistance of the multi-channel combined flow orifice brake can be calculated according to Bernoulli’s formula and the flow rate ratio between the channels.
