摘 要:随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,集中供热已经成为现代化城镇的重要基础设施之一,传统供暖系统是通过恒速泵来供水的,恒速泵加压供水不但使水泵的工作效率低、使用寿命短,而且电机频繁启停对电网的冲击大。针对恒速泵供水控制存在的问题,本次设计以PLC作为主控单元,接收来自供热系统的压力、温度等信号,对供水泵进行调节和控制,具有结构简单,工作效率高,压力稳定等优点,使资源得以更好的整合,提高了能源利用率。With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, central heating has become one of the important infrastructure of modern towns, the traditional heating system is through the constant speed pump to provide water supply,the constant speed pump pressure water supply not only makes the pump work efficiency is low, short service life, and the impact of frequent start and stop of the motor on the power grid is big. In view of the problems existing in the water supply control of constant speed pump, this design takes PLC as the main control unit, receives pressure, temperature and other signals from the heating system, and adjusts and controls the water supply pump. It has the advantages of simple structure, high work efficiency and stable pressure stability, so that resources can better integrate and improve the energy utilization rate.
