摘　　要：电网企业通过建设新型基建项目管理系统,实现基建业务融通、数据融合、跨部门线上线下协作、现场作业状态全感知、作业人员行为识别、电子围栏周界防护等目标,创新线上线下相结合的管理模式,实现了电网基建项目一张图管理,规范作业行为,规避作业风险,监督施工人员履职到位,有效地推进项目的投产实施,让基建项目建设全过程在线、可控、在控。Through the construction of a new infrastructure project management system, power grid enterprises have achieved the goals of infrastructure business financing, data fusion, cross departmental online and offline collaboration, full awareness of on-site operation status, operator behavior recognition, electronic fence perimeter protection, etc., innovates the management mode of combining online and offline, realizes the management of power grid infrastructure projects with one map, standardizes operation behavior, avoids operation risks, and supervises the performance of construction personnel, effectively promotes the production and implementation of the project, and makes the whole process of infrastructure project construction online, controllable and under control.
