摘 要:因为铁路牵引供电系统分相区地面磁性设备分布在铁路沿线,点多线长,磁性传感器测量基本靠人工现场实地测量,数据分析也靠人工记录分析,劳动强度大,工作效率低,安全性不高。本项目的研发首先可以将原来人工检测方式转变为车载检测方式,大幅度减轻维修人员的劳动强度,提高维修工作的效率;其次,通过对检测数据进行多种形式的分析和展示,可以全方位地了解分相区地面磁性设备的工作状况,为分相区地面磁性设备的检修提供科学依据。Because the ground magnetic equipment in the phase separation area of the railway traction power supply system is distributed along the railway, with many points and long lines, the magnetic sensor measurement basically relies on manual on-site measurement, and the data analysis also relies on manual recording and analysis, which has high labor intensity, low work efficiency and low safety. The research and development of this project can firstly transform the original manual detection mode into on-board detection mode, greatly reduce the labor intensity of maintenance personnel and improve the efficiency of maintenance work. Secondly, through the analysis and display of the test data in various forms, it can comprehensively understand the working condition of the ground magnetic equipment in the phase separation area, and provide a scientific basis for the maintenance of the ground magnetic equipment in the phase separation area.
