摘 要:黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展重大国家战略和黄河口国家公园的建设对黄河三角洲湿地保护管理提出了更高标准。系统梳理了近年来黄河三角洲湿地保护现状和取得的一系列成效,结合黄河三角洲湿地生态管理面临的生态修复与退化并存、海岸侵蚀威胁湿地生境、湿地水系连通差等迫切需要统筹解决的问题,提出新阶段黄河三角洲“一体两翼”湿地保护管理的科技支撑总体思路,即开展三角洲湿地生态保护与修复理论研究,建立湿地监测平台和评估体系,做好湿地生态补水科学调度与管理,充分发展湿地保护修复大数据与智能化,为黄河三角洲湿地保护与管理提供智能化技术支撑。The major national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin and the construction of the Yellow River Estuary National Park requires higher standards for the wetlands protection and management in the Yellow River Delta(YRD).A systematical analysis was conducted of the current situations and achievements of wetland protection in the YRD.Problems need urgent holistic solutions were identified in the ecological management of wetlands in the YRD,such as co-existence of degradation and restoration,threatening of wetland habitat by coastal erosion and poor connection of water systems.A new overall management concept of"one body two wings"for wetland conservation in the YRD was proposed,carrying out theoretical studies of wetland conservation and restoration,establishing a wetland monitoring platform and assessment system,and regulating and managing water replenishment in a scientific way,making efforts in developing big data and AI in wetland conservation and restoration,and providing intelligent support to wetland conservation and management in the YRD.
