摘 要:环巢湖湿地保护修复是构筑长三角一体化发展的重要生态屏障,也为安徽省打造具有重要影响力的经济社会发展全面绿色转型区奠定坚实基础。通过资料分析、现场调查、查阅文献等方法,梳理了环巢湖湿地保护现状,总结了环巢湖湿地影响因素多、保护管理政策不统一、保护与开发不协调、基础设施不到位和保护机构不健全等问题。提出通过规划引领、改田还湿、植树造林、人工介入和完善法规等保护对策,为今后合肥市开展湿地保护修复工作提供科学依据。The protection and restoration of the wetland around Chaohu Lake is an important ecological barrier for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta,and lays a solid foundation for Anhui Province to build a comprehensive green transformation zone with important influence on economic and social development.Through data analysis,field investigation,literature review and other methods,this paper presents an analysis of the current situation of wetland protection around Chaohu Lake,and identification factors affecting the development of wetland around Chaohu Lake,inconsistent protection and management policies,uncoordinated protection and development,inadequate infrastructure and imperfect protection institutions.Countermeasures for protection were put forward,such as planning guidance,reclaim of farming land to wetland,afforestation,artificial intervention and improvement of laws and regulations,which provide a scientific basis for future wetland protection and restoration in Hefei city.
