摘 要:针对以往引信系统火工品解保通路设计中仅根据通路火工品阻值范围及线阻进行粗略的估算,造成限流电阻精确性不足的问题,提出一种引信系统火工品解保通路精确计算方法。该方法以典型引信系统为研究对象,结合引信系统的组成及工作时序,建立解保通路的等效模型,通过对模型的简化推导出限流电阻与通路电流的关系式,从而给出一种引信系统火工品保险通路的精确计算方法。通过模拟试验和发火试验验证了理论计算的正确性,可为引信系统解保通路的工程设计提供参考,能够提高引信系统解除保险的可靠性。In order to solve the problem that the design of initiating arming circuit is less of accurate,an initiating arming circuit accurate calculation method was presented.This method took the typical fuze system as the research object,combined with the composition and working sequence of the fuse system,the equivalent model of arming circuit was established,and the formula between the current limiting resistor and the current was deduced.In light of this,the accurate calculation method based on operating current was provided.The method was tested correct by a simulation test and the explosive initiator test.This method provided a reference for the engineering design of fuze system and improved the fuze reliability.
