摘　　要：对目前常用的一种矿用气动注液泵进行特性试验研究,绘制了该泵的排浆压力-排浆流量、排浆压力-容积效率、排浆压力-总效率特性曲线。研究结果表明:排浆压力越高,排浆流量越低,容积效率和总效率随着排浆压力的升高先增加后降低,在某一范围达到最大值。本文的研究成果可供相关人员在设计和测试时注液泵参考。The characteristics of a commonly used pneumatic liquid injection pump for mining are tested and studied.The characteristic curves of discharge pressure discharge flow,discharge pressure volume efficiency and discharge pressure total efficiency of the pump are drawn.The results show that the higher the discharge pressure is,the lower the discharge flow rate is,and the volumetric efficiency and total efficiency first increase and then decrease with the increase of the discharge pressure,reaching the maximum in a certain range.The research results of this paper can be used as a reference for relevant personnel when designing and testing liquid injection pumps.
