摘  要:以轨道车辆上常见的柜体结构为研究对象,基于FKM标准同时考虑高低温对焊缝疲劳性能的影响,提出了一套适用于高海拔车辆零部件焊接结构的疲劳强度评价方法。文章根据对高海拔地区服役轨道车辆结构的可靠性评价需求,加入高低温因子对FKM标准中的焊缝疲劳许用应力进行了修正,使修正后的FKM标准能够适用于高海拔地区轨道车辆焊接结构的强度校核。通过高低温因子分析得到了6005A-T6铝合金焊缝在室温及高低温环境下的疲劳强度分别为105 MPa和95 MPa。利用修正后的FKM标准对高海拔地区轨道车辆典型柜体结构进行了校核,结果表明,现有柜体结构满足标准要求,并且安全系数较大,存在一定的优化减重空间。Taking the common cabinet structure on rail vehicles as the research object,based on the FKM standard and considering the influence of high and low temperature on the fatigue performance of welded joints,the paper proposes a set of fatigue strength evaluation methods suitable for welded structures of high-altitude vehicle parts.According to the demand of reliability evaluation of rail vehicles structures serving in high-altitude districts,the paper adds the high and low temperature factors to modify the fatigue allowable stress of welded joints in the FKM standard,so that the modified FKM standard can be applied to the strength verification of the welded structure of rail vehicles in high-altitude districts.Through the analysis of high and low temperature factors,the fatigue strength of 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy welded joints at room temperature and high and low temperature environments is 105 MPa and 95 MPa respectively.The modified FKM standard is used to check the typical cabinet structure of rail vehicles in high-altitude districts.The results show that the existing cabinet structure meets the standard,and the safety factor is large,and there is a certain margin for optimization and weight reduction.
