摘 要:通过研究高铁车辆信息窗粘接接头在极端恶劣条件下的老化行为,提出了用于轨道车辆粘接接头耐久性评估的人工加速老化试验谱制定流程和模拟试验设计方法。根据检测结果,设计了一种玻璃内粘接结构的信息窗,可避免信息窗粘接胶层发生疲劳断裂,提高了其耐久性。By studying the aging behavior of adhesive joints of EMU information window under extreme conditions,the paper proposes the formulated process of artificial accelerated aging test spectrum and simulated experiment design method for durability evaluation of EMU adhesive joints.According to the test results,an improved structure is proposed to avoid the fatigue fracture of the adhesive layer of the information window.It can effectively reflect the attenuation change of adhesive joints under corresponding aging conditions.According to the test results,the paper proposes an information window of the adhesive structure in glass,which can fundamentally eliminate the fatigue fracture on the adhesive joints,avoid the fatigue fracture of the adhesive layer of the information window,and improve its durability.
