摘 要:为改善旅客乘坐舒适性和降低空调能耗,“复兴号”CR200J型动力集中电动车组在研制过程中提高了技术条件中拖车车体传热系数要求,并按照技术条件要求对拖车整车进行了隔热设计,提高了塞拉门和给排水系统的密封性能,按照Q/CR 205—2014要求对车体传热系数进行了计算和试验验证,试验结果满足技术条件要求。但动车组上线后,在高寒地区运用时存在车窗出现凝露和冷凝水的情况。文章针对该车窗问题对拖车运用环境进行了分析,明确了车窗局部隔热性能偏低和抗凝露试验不充分是车窗出现凝露和冷凝水的主要原因,将单元式车窗整体窗框优化为内外窗框,并采用粘接胶实现了内外窗框的连接和热桥的隔断。优化后的车窗再次运用于高寒地区进行试验验证,没有出现凝露情况,表明该优化方案有效解决了车窗凝露问题。同时建议修订TB/T 3107—2011,增加在高寒地区运用时不同空气湿度下的抗凝露要求。In order to improve the ride comfort of passengers and reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning,the heat transfer coefficient requirements of the trailer carbody in the technical conditions are improved in the development process of the Fuxing CR200J power centralized EMUs.The thermal insulation design of the whole trailer carbody is carried out according to the technical conditions,and the sealing performance of the plug door and the water supply and drainage system is improved.The heat transfer coefficient of the carbody is calculated and verified according to the requirements of Q/CR 205—2014,and the test results meet the technical requirements.However,there are condensation and condensate water in the window when it is used in high-cold areas after the EMUs have been put into operation.In this paper,the application environment of the trailer is analyzed for the window problem.It is clear that the low local thermal insulation performance of the window and the insufficient anti-condensation test are the main reasons for the condensation and condensate water of the window.Therefore,the overall window frame of the unit window is optimized as the inner and outer window frames,and the adhesive glue is used to realize the connection of the inner and outer window frames and the isolation of the thermal bridge.The optimized window is used again in alpine areas for test verification,and no condensation occurs,indicating that the optimization scheme effectively solves the problem of window condensation.At the same time,it is recommended to revise TB/T 3107—2011 to increase the anti-condensation requirements under different air humidity in high-cold regions.
