摘  要:目的:比较高效液相色谱法、电位滴定法及碘量法三种测量方法测定合成鱼腥草素片含量的差异,为建立质量标准提供参考。方法:样品经前处理溶解后采用高效液相色谱法、电位滴定法及碘量法三种方法进行检测。高效液相色谱法采用phenomenex Luna C8(150×4.60 mm 5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水-10%四丁基氢氧化铵溶液(55∶45∶0.3),流速1 mL·min^(-1),柱温45℃,检测波长为286 nm;电位滴定法采用铂-饱和甘汞电极,根据滴定剂加入体积与电势的e-v曲线来判断终点;碘量法根据终点时指示剂颜色变化的不同判断。结果:高效液相色谱法、电位滴定法测定结果与碘量分析法相比含量较低,碘量分析法判断存在较大的主观性;结论:合成鱼腥草素片含量测定方法有待进一步完善,应建立更完善的合成鱼腥草素片的质量标准。Objective To determine the accuracy and reliability of synthetic houttuynia content measurement by highperformance liquid chromatography(HPLC method),potential titration method and capacity analysis method.Methods The HPLC method used a phenomenex Luna C8(150×4.60 mm 5μm)column,The mobile phase is methanol-water-10%tetra-butyl ammonium hydroxide solution(55:45:0.3),Flow rate of 1 mL·min^(-1),Column temperature of 45℃,The detection wavelength was 286 nm;Potential titration method using a platinum electrode,The end point is judged according to the e-v curve of the volume and potential of the titrator;Iodometric method is based on the color change of indicator at the end point.Results The content of HPLC and potentiometric titration was lower than that of iodometric analysis,and the judgment of iodometric analysis was subjective;Conclusion The methods of synthetic houttuynia tablets need to be further improved.More complete quality standards for synthetic houttuynia tablets should be established.
