摘  要:为了预防起重机安全事故的发生,确定影响起重机刚度可靠性的参数,结合实际情况可知刚度可靠性的影响因素并非单一而是多源的。文中将材料边界条件的随机性、模糊性与非概率性考虑在内,建立混合可靠性模型,比较多种可靠性模型后分析得到,基于多源混合可靠性模型下起重机桥架结构的刚度可靠性更加符合实际,可作为起重机桥架结构可靠性研究方法的补充。In order to prevent crane safety accidents,the parameters that affect the rigidity reliability of cranes are determined.Combined with the actual situation,it can be known that the influencing factors of rigidity reliability are not single but multi-sources.Considering the randomness,fuzziness and non-probability of material boundary conditions,a hybrid reliability model is established.After comparing various reliability models,it is found that the stiffness reliability of crane bridge structure based on multi-source hybrid reliability model is more realistic,which complements the reliability research method of crane bridge structure.
