摘 要:曳引力和制动力是电梯安全性能的重要组成元素,制动试验是验证其是否符合要求的主要方法之一,电梯空载上行制动试验制停距离传统测量方法包括制动距离法和制动减速度法,两者在制停距离测量过程中存在一定误差,尤其是高速电梯中采用制动距离法进行测量准确率较低。基于此,文中提出一种基于加速度传感器的电梯空载上行制停距离测量方法,该方法通过对实测加速度值进行二次积分运算获得位移值。通过Simulink仿真获得制动减速度积分法位移值,同时与制动距离法和制动减速度法实测得到的位移值进行比较,表明采用制动减速度积分法可以更加准确地测量制停距离,尤其在高速电梯制停距离测量中有更广泛的应用。Traction force and braking force are important factors of elevator safety performance,and braking test is one of the main methods to verify whether it meets the requirements.In the braking test of no-load upgoing of elevator,the traditional measurement methods of braking distance include braking distance method and braking deceleration method,both of which have certain errors,especially in high-speed elevator,the accuracy of braking distance method is low.Based on this,a method of measuring the braking distance of elevator in no-load upgoing based on acceleration sensor is proposed.The displacement value is obtained by the second integral operation of the measured acceleration value.The displacement value of braking deceleration integral method is obtained by Simulink simulation,and compared with the displacement values measured by braking distance method and braking deceleration method.The results show that braking deceleration integral method can measure the braking distance more accurately,especially in high-speed elevators.
