摘  要:通过电磁场干预活性粉末混凝土(RPC)中钢纤维分布特征,制备了纤维体积掺量为1.5%的定向分布钢纤维RPC(ASFRPC)和乱向分布钢纤维RPC(SFRPC)试件,并对各试件开展了双面直剪试验和四点弯曲试验,分析了纤维长度(13~20 mm)和纤维方向对RPC试件的开裂性能、抗弯承载力、弯曲韧性、抗剪强度、剪切韧性等的影响。研究表明:纤维长度和方向对钢纤维PRC试件的初裂强度和初裂挠度无明显影响;双面直剪试验中,ASFRPC试件的强度、峰值变形及韧性相比SFRPC试件均得到了显著提高,表现出更高的剪切性能;四点弯曲试验中,ASFRPC试件的弯曲峰值应力、弯曲韧性、峰值位移较SFRPC试件均有显著提升。纤维方向对弯曲性能和剪切性能的影响比纤维长度更显著。The distribution characteristics of steel fiber in reactive powder concrete(RPC)were interfered by electromagnetic field,and oriented steel fiber reinforced RPC(ASFRPC)and random distribution steel fiber RPC(SFRPC)with a fiber volume content of 1.5%were prepared.And carried out double-sided direct shear test and four-point bending test on each specimen.Based on the test results,the effects of fiber length(13~20 mm)and fiber direction on the cracking performance,flexural capacity,bending toughness,shear strength,and shear toughness of RPC specimens are analyzed.The analysis results show that the fiber length and direction have no significant effect on the initial crack strength and initial crack deflection of the steel fiber PRC specimens,in the double-sided direct shear test,the strength,peak deformation and toughness of the ASFRPC specimens are significantly improved compared with those of the SFRPC specimens,showing higher shear properties.In the four-point bending test,the bending peak stress,bending toughness,and peak displacement of the ASFRPC specimens are significantly higher than those of the SFRPC specimens.The fiber direction has a more significant influence on the bending performance and shear performance than the fiber length.
