摘 要:研究了水胶比以及粉煤灰、矿渣粉、硅灰、钢纤维掺量对UHPC工作性能和早期力学性能的影响。结果表明:水胶比对UHPC工作性能影响较大,随着水胶比的增大,拌合物流动性增加,强度降低;粉煤灰、矿渣粉的掺入可有效改善拌合物的流动性,适量硅灰的掺入有助于改善拌合物的流动性,存在最佳掺量。粉煤灰、矿渣粉的掺入会使UHPC的1 d强度降低,但会提高3 d、7 d强度,且矿渣粉的提高效果强于粉煤灰。硅灰的掺入对UHPC早期强度具有提高效果,但掺量的改变对强度影响不大。增加钢纤维掺量会显著降低新拌混合物的流动性,对抗折强度有较大提高效果。The effects of water-binder ratio,fly ash,slag powder,silica fume and steel fiber content on the working performance and early mechanical properties of UHPC were studied.The results show that the water-binder ratio has a great influence on the working performance of UHPC.With the increase of the water-binder ratio,the fluidity of the mixture increases and the strength decreases;the addition of fly ash and slag powder can effectively improve the flow of the mixture The addition of an appropriate amount of silica fume also helps to improve the fluidity of the mixture,and there is an optimal dosage.The addition of fly ash and slag powder will reduce the mechanical properties of UHPC 1 d and increase the strength of 3 d and 7 d,and the improvement effect of slag powder is stronger than that of fly ash.The addition of silica fume can improve the early strength of UHPC,but the change of the content has little effect on its strength.Increasing the content of steel fiber will significantly reduce the fluidity of the fresh mixture,and the flexural strength will be greatly improved.
