摘 要:采用共沉淀法,通过调整合成条件与原料配比,制备了不同粒径的早强剂CSH-PCE纳米复合材料。利用动态光散射法对不同结构的早强剂CSH-PCE在纯水环境下的溶液行为进行研究,结合水化热等微观分析方法初步表征了早强剂的早期水化进程。结果表明:电荷密度较高的CSH-PCE,会展示出紧缩的构象进而更易展露出羧酸基团;不同长短主链结构协同作用下的CSH-PCE在早强效能方面有较好的表现,可为CSH-PCE纳米复合材料的结构设计提供了一定的参考。The early strength agent CSH-PCE nanocomposites with different particle sizes were prepared by coprecipitation method through adjusting the synthesis conditions and raw material ratio.The solution behavior of early strength agent CSH-PCE with different structures in pure water environment was studied by dynamic light scattering method,and the early hydration process of early strength agent was preliminarily characterized by microscopic analysis methods such as hydration heat.The results showed that CSH-PCE with higher charge density exhibited a tight conformation and then more easily exposed carboxylic acid groups.CSH-PCE with different length of main chain structure has better performance in early strength efficiency,which can provide a reference for the structural design of CSH-PCE nanocomposites.
