摘　　要：脱发是一种皮肤科常见病,其主要的治疗方法包括局部应用米诺地尔、系统应用非那雄胺、5α还原酶抑制剂等。微针技术是皮肤科用于治疗脱发的一种新兴疗法,可通过促进药物的透皮吸收、增加毛囊的血液供应、刺激真皮乳头和毛囊干细胞、激活Wnt/β联蛋白信号通路等促进毛发生长,具有安全有效、低成本、耐受性良好等优点。本文参阅了近年来国内外的相关文献,就微针技术在脱发疾病治疗中的应用进展展开综述。Alopecia is a common disease in dermatology,the main treatments including topical minoxidil,systemic treatment with 5 alpha-reductase inhibitors,etc.Recently,microneedle has been introduced into the therapy of alopecia,promoting hair growth by promoting drug transdermal absorption,increasing blood supply to hair follicles,stimulating dermal papilla and hair follicle stem cells,activating Wnt/β-catein signaling pathways,It has the advantages of safety,ef fectiveness,low cost and well tolerated,etc.This review summarizes the application progress of microneedle in alopecia.
