摘 要:青藏高原地理位置偏远,其冰川径流样品在采集完成后通常需要较长时间才能送达实验室开展测试研究,因而样品的不同储存和处理方式可能会影响原始信息的获取。为了探明不同前处理方式对青藏高原冰川径流主要阳离子的影响,采集青藏高原腹地纳木错流域曲嘎切径流样品,经过过滤与否、不同孔径滤膜过滤、加酸与否、不同储存温度以及储存时间等前处理,探究其对主要阳离子浓度的影响。结果表明:在常温和冷藏储存条件下,由于“河水-悬浮颗粒物”两相已达接近平衡的状态,Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、K^(+)、Na^(+)和SiO_(2)浓度在2.5个月内基本稳定,是否过滤以及不同孔径过滤对冰川径流样品水化学的影响较小。冷冻或加酸储存后Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、K^(+)、Na^(+)和SiO_(2)浓度都存在不同程度的偏离。与碳酸盐矿物含量相对丰富的积雪样品相比,不同前处理方式对冰川径流主要阳离子浓度的影响更小。建议冰川径流样品采集后冷藏或常温储存且在测试前完成过滤处理即可,不可加酸储存,并在两个月内完成测试。It usually takes a long time for glacial runoff samples transfered from the Tibetan Plateau(TP)to be sent to the laboratory for testing and further research after collection due to the remote location of the TP.Therefore,different ways of storage and treatment may influence the measurement of the original information they reserved.In order to explore the influence of different pretreatment methods on the major cationic concentration in glacial runoff of the TP,this study collected the runoff samples of Qugaqie in Nam Co basin,central TP.The influence of different pretreatments on major cations concentration were explored by changing filtered or not,different pore size filter membranes,acid added or not,different storage temperature,and different storage time.The results showed that under the storage conditions of normal temperature and cold storage(approximately equal to 4℃),the concentrations of Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),K^(+),Na^(+)and SiO_(2)were stable within 2.5 months.It may because the two phases of“River water-suspended particulate matter”were nearly in equilibrium.Filtration or not and different pore size filtrations have negligible effect on the hydrochemistry of the glacial runoff samples collected in this study.However,the concentration of Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),K^(+),Na^(+)and SiO_(2)deviated to different degrees after freezing or acid storage.Compared with snow samples containing carbonate mineral particles,different pretreatment methods have less impacts on the concentration of main cations in glacial runoff.To sum up,it was recommended that glacial runoff samples should be stored in cold or at room temperature after collection,and filtration treatment should be completed before testing.Acid storage was not allowed,and the test should be completed within two months.
