摘 要:基于Archard磨损模型和有限元分析方法,提出了分析和预测张紧器阻尼件磨损的计算方法。在ABAQUS软件中建立了建立张紧器的磨损仿真模型,调用了UMESHMOTION用户子程序来计算张紧器阻尼件的磨损深度,并给出了磨损系数的确定方法。在磨损的仿真过程中使用了ALE(arbitary Lagrangian eulaerian)自适应网格来优化阻尼件的网格质量。最后进行了张紧器磨损耐久试验,验证了计算方法正确性。This paper presents a calculation method based on an Archard wear model and finite element analysis,with the purpose of analyzing and predicting the wear of tensioner damping part.In this paper,the wear simulation model of the tensioner was established in the ABAQUS software,the UMESHMOTION user subroutine was called to calculate the wear depth of the tensioner damping parts,and the method for determining the wear coefficient was given.In the wear simulation process,the arbitary Lagrangian eulaerian(ALE)adaptive grid was used to optimize the grid quality of the damping component.Finally,a wear durability test of the tensioner was carried out to verify the correctness of the calculation method.
