摘 要:流变特性对泥浆的运动具有重要的意义,同时也是泥浆运动数学模型开发的基础.本研究主要目的是得到赤泥浆体的流变特性,通过数据拟合找到能描述赤泥流变特性的最优模型.采用RST-SST流变仪对6种不同含水率的赤泥浆体进行流变试验,结果表明:剪切应力随着剪切速率的增加先迅速增长,随后缓慢增长;表观黏度均随着剪切速率的增加而迅速降低,出现“剪切稀化”行为;选取3种流变模型(Ostwald-de Waele Medoel,Herschel-Bulkley Model和Bingham Model)对赤泥浆体流变试验数据进行拟合,研究发现Herschel-Bulkley模型对赤泥流变特性描述最佳.基于Herschel-Bulkley模型,提出了赤泥剪切应力本构公式,可计算不同含水率和剪切速率下的剪切应力,为了解赤泥力学特性和数学模型开发提供了科学依据.Rheological characteristics of mud are of great significance to its movement,and are the basis for the development of mathematical model of mud movement.The main purpose of this study is to obtain the rheological properties of red mud and find the optimal model that can describe the rheological properties of red mud through data fitting.The rheological tests of six kinds of red mud with different water contents were carried out by the RST-SST rheometer.The results show that the shear stress increases rapidly at first and then slowly with the increase of shear rate.The apparent viscosity decreases rapidly with the increase of shear rate,and the shear thinning behavior occurs.Three rheological models(i.e.,Ostwald-de Waele Medoel,Herschel-Bulkley Model and Bingham Model)are given to fit the rheological test data of red mud.The results show that Herschel-Bulkley model is the best model to describe the rheological properties of red mud.Based on the Herschel-Bulkley model,the constitutive equation of red mud shear stress is proposed,which can calculate the shear stress under different water content and shear rate,and provide a scientific basis for understanding the mechanical properties and mathematical model development of red mud.
