摘 要:换挡机构在空、低、高挡间的有效切换是实现特种车底盘正常行驶的必要条件,脱挡问题是制约特种车底盘服役可靠性的重要安全因素。对某型特种车底盘分动箱换挡机构的脱挡机理进行了深入分析。结合有限元仿真的接触分析方法,得出脱挡力产生机理,并通过与台架试验结果对比分析,验证了模型的合理性。另一方面,对比分析了若干改进方案的脱挡力大小,综合考虑脱挡可能性和工艺复杂性,确定了最优改进方案。经验证,研究提出的改进设计方案有效避免了分动箱大载荷下脱挡的使用风险,极大提高了该型特种车底盘的服役可靠性。The effective switching of gear shifting mechanism between neutral,low and high gear is a necessary condition to realize the normal running of special vehicle chassis,and the problem of off-gear is an important safety factor restricting the service reliability of special vehicle chassis.The off shift fault mechanism for a mechanical transmission has been analyzed.Applying the contact method of FEM,the mechanism of the shift force is discovered,and compared with the test results,the constructed simulation model is verified.Several improvement designs are also put forward,comparing the amount of the shift forces,the possibility of off shift and the practical complex derived of which,a best alternative has been determined.It has been proved that the improved design scheme proposed in this study can effectively avoid the use risk of the transfer case under heavy load,and greatly improve the service reliability of the chassis of this special vehicle.
