摘　　要：随着哺乳动物克隆研究的开展以及体细胞克隆动物的相继诞生 ,克隆动物及其早期胚胎的遗传物质检测研究也越来越显得重要。从染色体分析、核DNA分析、线粒体DNA分析和端粒DNA分析四个方面简要介绍了哺乳动物体细胞克隆遗传物质检测研究的进展。Following the production of cloned sheep, mice, goats, pigs, cats, rabbits and argali from somatic cells, the cellular and molecular biological tests of cloned animals and early embryos turn to be more important. In this review, chromosome analysis, nuclear DNA analysis, mitochondrial DNA analysis and telomeric DNA analysis that are applied in the detection of cloned mammal and early embryos are described.
