滚转角差异对高升阻比外形侧向力影响的天平校准方法研究

摘  要:针对天平法向力分量对侧向力分量干扰在不同小滚转角状态下的差异,导致高升阻比外形侧向力分量测量结果异常,进行了小滚转角对天平分量间干扰系数影响校准方法研究,结果表明:高精度六分量测量中,小滚转角对于天平法向力分量对侧向力分量干扰系数的影响不能忽略。为消除小滚转角对天平法向力分量对侧向力分量干扰系数的影响,通过改变加载线与天平形成的滚转角,实现在变化小滚转角状态下校准天平法向力分量对侧向力分量的干扰,获得了天平法向力分量对侧向力分量干扰系数随滚转角变化的函数关系式,并对两台天平进行了校准验证,利用此函数关系式能够较好地处理天平校准和风洞试验中滚转角差异问题,避免了风洞试验中天平安装小滚转角调节环节,提高了天平校准和风洞试验的效率。在此基础上,提出了一种降低法向力分量对侧向力分量和对偏航力矩分量干扰的综合校准方法。Because the balance interactive coefficient of normal force component to side force component is varied with different small rolling angle,for high L/D ratio vehicle,which will result in the abnormal measurement results of the side force component in wind tunnel test,the balance interactive coefficient of normal force component to side force component calibration method is researched.The result shows that the influence of the small rolling angle in wind tunnel test can not be ignored for high precision six component measurement.In order to eliminate the small rolling angle’s effect on the interactive coefficient of normal force component to side force component,a new interactive coefficient calibration method is proposed.In this method,the small rolling angles are varied by changing the angle between the loading thread and balance.The interactive coefficient of normal force component to side force component is calibrated at different small rolling angles.The functional relationship between the interference coefficient of the normal force component to side force component and the roll angle is obtained.The two balances are calibrated and verified.Using this function relationship,the problem of roll angle difference in balance calibration and wind tunnel test can be well handled.During balance installation in wind tunnel test,adjustment to the small roll angle of was avoided,and the efficiency of balance calibration and wind tunnel test is improved.On this basis,a comprehensive calibration method is proposed to reduce the two interferences of normal force component to side force component and yaw moment component.
