摘　　要：商业特许经营被世界公认为21世纪最成功的商业模式之一,这种商业模式使得大众创业的成功率远远高于自行创业模式。特许经营对促进中小流通企业发展、解决就业、拉动民间投资具有重要作用,是提高流通现代化水平的有效手段。本文以南京为例,对此进行探讨。Business franchise is recognized as one of the most successful business models in the 21st century.This business model makes the success rate of mass entrepreneurship much higher than that of self-entrepreneurship.Franchising plays an important role in promoting the development of small and medium-sized circulation enterprises,solving employment problems and stimulating private investment,and is an effective means to improve the level of circulation modernization.This paper takes Nanjing as an example to discuss this.
