摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议具有深刻的历史背景和时代背景,在通过区域合作上打造出开放、包容以及普惠的区域经济合作框架,应对世界经济缓慢复苏、发展分化以及国际金融危机的深层次影响等方面有重要意义。该倡议是我国扩大对外开放合作的全球战略,东盟地区是我国“一带一路”建设的优先方向与重点地区,也是我国重要的贸易与投资目标国。与东盟地区合作的《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》,将为区域和全球经济增长注入强劲动力。通过对“一带一路”背景下中国-东盟的影响因素进行深入分析,本文提出了有针对性的应对策略,以推进中国-东盟全面经济贸易的发展速度,推进地区一体化进程,也推动中国经济快速发展。the“Belt and Road”initiative has a profound historical and contemporary background,to forge an open,inclusive and Pratt&Whitney's framework for regional economic cooperation through regional cooperation,it is of great significance to deal with the slow recovery of the world economy,the divergence of development and the deep impact of the international financial crisis.The initiative is our global strategy to expand our cooperation with the outside world.The ASEAN region is a priority and a key area in our“Belt and Road”development.It is also an important target country for our trade and investment.The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement,which cooperates with the ASEAN region,will inject strong momentum into regional and global economic growth.Based on an in-depth analysis of the Belt and Road factors affecting the china-asean relationship,this paper proposes targeted strategies to accelerate the overall economic and trade development between China and ASEAN,promoting regional integration has also given impetus to China's rapid economic development.
