摘 要:现有HCSR的载荷-端缩曲线公式基于板筋屈曲公式推导,普通单元呈现出不同屈曲模式,硬角单元采用理想弹塑性材料模型,然而在单向轴压过程中,材料属性的差异造成加筋板弹塑性载荷端缩分布存在异同,且硬角单元亦存在屈曲变形,会造成极限强度评估出现误差,对AH32和921A钢加筋板进行极限强度试验,分析梁柱屈曲、扭转屈曲、硬角单元等不同失效模式,以获取不同屈曲模式崩溃下加筋板载荷端缩曲线,通过非线性有限元和简化法计算不同钢材、不同屈曲模式的加筋板的极限强度,获取载荷端缩关系曲线,对比结果表明,HCSR不同屈曲加筋板单元载荷端缩关系的误差随着屈服强度降低而逐渐增大,所提出的硬角单元载荷端缩公式与数值计算结果吻合良好。The existing formula of load-shortening curve of HCSR is derived based on the buckling formula of stiffened plate,in which the common element contains different buckling modes,and the hard angle element adopts the ideal elastic-plastic material model.However,in the process of uniaxial compression,differences in material properties lead to differences in the distribution of elastic-plastic load-shortening of stiffened plates,and the hard angle elements also have buckling deformation,which will lead to errors in the evaluation of ultimate strength.The ultimate strength test of stiffened plates made by AH32 and 921A steel was carried out to analyze different failure modes such as beam-column buckling,torsional buckling and hard angle element,so as to obtain the load-shortening curve of stiffened plates under different buckling modes.The results showed that the error of load-shortening relation of HCSR stiffened plate elements with different buckling modes may gradually increase with the decrease of yield strength.The proposed load-shortening formula for stiffened plates is in good agreement with the numerical results.
