线上线下模式下郊区新城生活服务公平化的内在机制研究

摘　　要：生活服务公平化对郊区新城生活空间的高质量发展起着重要作用。随着信息化技术的不断发展,相较于虚拟化阶段打开的线上单一渠道,线上线下模式通过融合线上平台与线下空间双渠道,为郊区新城的生活服务公平化提供了条件。研究通过分析线上线下模式在空间区位、市场门槛、服务效益3个方面对郊区新城生活服务公平化的作用机制,从空间布局、平台搭建与运作模式等方面提出了郊区新城线上线下生活圈规划策略,为推动郊区新城健康发展、提升郊区设施服务品质及居民生活质量提供了新的思路和解决路径。The fairness of life services is critical in the high-quality development of living space in suburban new towns.With the continuous development of information technology,the OMO(online-merge-offline)model provides conditions for the fairness of living service facilities in suburban new cities by integrating the dual channels of"online platform"and"offline space",in contrast with the single online channel opened at the virtualization stage.Based on this,this study analyzes the mechanism of the OMO model in terms of spatial location,market threshold,and service efficiency for the fairness of suburban new cities'life service facilities,and proposes planning strategies in terms of spatial layout,platform construction and operation mode,which provide new ideas and solutions for promoting the healthy development of suburban new towns and improving the residents'life quality.
