摘　　要：在“三期叠加”的新常态下,在绿色、智慧、生态的城市建设浪潮下,如何推进新型城镇化建设,兼顾社会、经济及环境的均衡,如何塑造多元、兼容的产城协同空间集群,实现可持续发展,成为目前我国大部分中小城市亟需解决的问题。文章以云南陆良·滇中国际健康城为例,结合空间经济学的产业集群理论,形成了产业园区“三维推演”的发展模式,系统化、精准地构建了陆良健康城的产业发展谱系,实现了城市功能空间的有效整合,形成了以特色为导向的多向度空间设计,搭建了与城市主体“产城协同,互融共进”的健康城市发展路径。Under the new normal of"three-phase superposition",under the wave of green,smart and ecological urban construction,how to promote new urbanization construction,taking into account the balance of society,economy and environment,and how to create a diverse and compatible industry-city collaborative space cluster,to achieve sustainable development has become an urgent problem to be solved in most small and medium-sized cities in my country.Taking Yunnan Luliang·Dianzhong International Health City as an example,combined with the industrial cluster theory of spatial economics,the article forms a"three-dimensional deduction"development model of the industrial park,and systematically and accurately builds the industrial development pedigree of Luliang Health City,has realized the effective integration of urban functional spaces,formed a feature-oriented multi-dimensional space design,and built a healthy urban development path with the main body of the city that"industry-city synergy,mutual integration and progress".
