摘　　要：历史地段作为城乡历史文化保护传承体系的重要内容之一,是我国历史文化名城、名镇、名村、街区等保护对象的补充,在各地保护实践中呈现出多元管理模式。历史地段的设立及保护管理工作目前仍在探索完善阶段,因此有必要厘清其在城乡历史文化保护传承体系中的概念定位、管理原则与优化策略。文章以广州市为例,探讨历史地段的设立及发展历程,分析历史地段保护与管理实践中存在的问题,并提出相应的优化策略,以期推动保护对象的法定化,完善历史地段的保护内容,通过适应性的保护措施推动历史地段的保护传承。Historical area complements historical city,town,village,and quarter in cultural preservation and inheritance,and it has multiple management models in local practices.The establishment,preservation,and management of historical area is still under probe,and it is necessary to clarify its definition,management principle,and optimization strategy in urban-rural historical and cultural preservation and inheritance.With Guangzhou as an example,the paper studies the initiation and evolution of historical area,analyzes the problems in the preservation and management,and proposes related optimization strategies.It intends to promote the legislation of protected objects,integrate the content of preservation,and improve the historical preservation and inheritance with adaptive measures.
