摘　　要：共同富裕理念为中小型饲料企业发展带来了新机遇和新路径。通过阐释共同富裕的内涵,分析共同富裕理念向中小型饲料企业发展提出的新要求,找出当前中小型饲料企业发展存在的关键症结,提出共同富裕背景下中小型饲料企业所要采取的发展路径,包括强化队伍建设,打造“狮虎狼”团队;加快资源整合,打造事业财富共同体;加强产品创新,提高企业市场占有率;做好战略规划,快速上市融资再发展,促进中小型饲料企业焕发新的活力。The concept of common prosperity has brought new opportunities and new paths for the development of small and medium-sized feed enterprises.By analyzing to interpret the connotation of common prosperity,common prosperity concept to the small and medium-sized enterprise development put forward the new requirements of feed,find out the key sticking points existing in the current small and medium-sized enterprise development feed,put forward under the background of common prosperity the development of small and medium-sized enterprises have to adopt feed path,including strengthen team construction,to build"the lion,the tiger team";Accelerate the integration of resources to create a community of business and wealth;Strengthen product innovation,improve the market share of enterprises;Do a good job in strategic planning,quickly listed financing development,promote small and medium-sized feed enterprises coruscate new vitality.
