城乡一体化背景下饲料基地与大学生创业衔接的路径探析

摘　　要：在城乡一体化背景下,饲料基地与大学生创业相衔接不仅可以创造更多的就业岗位,还可以优化饲料产业结构,带动农业农村经济的发展。但大学生在饲料产业创业的过程中容易遇到缺乏创业经验、没有创业启动资金、脱离市场需求等问题。因此,有必要通过饲料基地来做好创业衔接工作,力求从实际情况出发,为大学生饲料产业创业提供更多的优质条件,以提高创业成功率。Under the background of urban-rural integration,the connection of feed base and college students'entrepreneurship can not only create more jobs,but also optimize the feed industry structure and drive the development of agricultural and rural economy.However,college students are prone to encounter many problems in the process of entrepreneurship in the feed industry,such as lack of entrepreneurial experience,lack of start-up funds,and separation from market demand.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in the connection of entrepreneurship through the feed base,and strive to provide more high-quality conditions for college students to start their own businesses in the feed industry from the actual situation,so as to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.
