摘 要:矿山充填经过几十年的发展,其工艺和装备技术日臻完善,尾砂充填工业泵的配置与充填工艺是相辅相承的,充填工业泵也是矿山充填工程的重要工艺环节。液压动力及控制系统是构成选矿尾矿充填泵的两个重要功能单元,其配置的合理性直接影响到充填泵的性能参数、操控便捷性和对特殊应用工况的良好适用性。通过对充填工程领域对尾砂充填泵输送量和排出压力的匹配要求及主要参数确定原则的论述,阐明具体配置要求和方法,为具体设计提供方法和理论指导,即通过合理的配置设备来体现充填工艺技术,以期使充填工艺得到进一步优化和完善,降低充填设备配置成本,提高充填运行工作的稳定性和可靠性。After decades of development,the process and equipment technology of mine filling are becoming more and more refined.The configuration of tailing filling industrial pump and filling process are complementary,and the filling industrial pump is also an important process link in mine filling engineering project.Hydraulic power and control systems are two vital functional units of the tailings filling pump for mineral processing.The rationality of its configuration directly affects the performance parameters,the convenient operation and the good applicability to the special application conditions of the filling pump.Specific configuration requirements and methods are clarified through a discussion on the matching requirements of the transmission capacity and discharge pressure of the tailings-filling pump in the field of filling engineering and the principles for determining the main parameters,which provide methods and theoretical guidance for specific design.That is,the filling technology can be reflected through reasonable equipment configurations to further optimize and improve the filling process,reduce the cost of filling equipment configurations,and enhance the stability and reliability of the filling operation.
