摘　　要：肥厚型心肌病(HCM)是一种复杂而常见的遗传性心脏病,左心室流出道(LVOT)梗阻是导致HCM不良预后的重要因素。目前的研究普遍认为,肥厚的室间隔与异常的二尖瓣器结构共同构成了LVOT梗阻的病理生理基础。随着影像学技术的发展,二尖瓣装置在HCM中的作用逐渐引起临床上的重视,尤其对于无肥厚或轻度肥厚的HCM,其可能是主要致病因素。本文讨论了二尖瓣装置在HCM中的作用,重点探讨了其影像学评估方法及外科治疗策略。Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)is a complex and common inherited heart disease,and the left ventricular outflow tract(LVOT)obstruction is an important factor leading to poor prognosis of HCM.At present,it is generally believed that the hypertrophic ventricular septum and abnormal mitral valve constitute the pathophysiological basis of LVOT obstruction.With the development of imaging technology,the role of mitral valve device in HCM has gradually attracted clinical attention,especially for HCM without hypertrophy or mild hypertrophy,which may be the main pathogenic factor.This article discusses the role of mitral valve device in HCM,focusing on its imaging evaluation methods and surgical treatment strategies.
