摘  要:突破标准化思维的束缚,将辩证思维方式应用于教学实践,是培养大学生创新能力的有效途径:其一是摒弃标准化思维,采用辩证思维方式引导学生不断地学习、实践和思考。其二是采用辩证思维方式分析事物的本质,全面地认识事物各要素之间的联系,系统地揭示事物的运动、变化和发展。其三是在教学中增设实践教学环节,制定分层次的创新型实践教学计划,从创新能力、科研兴趣、知识储备和职业技能等方面对学生进行全方位的培养。改革以标准化思维为主的考试模式,采用笔试与多样化的考试形式相结合;理论与实践的考核内容相结合;减少标准化试题,增加辨析类试题等题型,从多角度对学生的能力进行考核与评价。Breaking through the shackles of standardized thinking and applying dialectical thinking to teaching practice is an effective way to cultivate the innovative ability of university students.The first one is to aban-don standardized thinking and adopt dialectical thinking to guide students to continuously learn,practice and think.The second is to adopt dialectical thinking to analyze the essence of things,to comprehensively under-stand the connection between all elements of things,and to systematically reveal the movement,change and development of things.The third is to add practical teaching links to the teaching,to develop a hierarchical and innovative practical teaching plan,and to train students in all aspects of innovation,research interests,knowl-edge reserves and vocational skills.We reform the examination mode which is mainly based on standardized thinking,and adopt a combination of written tests and diversified examination forms;combine theoretical and practical assessment contents;reduce standardized test questions and increase the types of questions such as dis-criminatory test questions,so as to assess and evaluate students abilities from multiple perspectives.
