城市土地利用和生态福利绩效耦合性分析

摘　　要：土地集约利用与区域生态效率的耦合协调对城市可持续发展和生态文明建设意义重大。文中选取黑龙江省典型工业城市齐齐哈尔市为研究对象,构建土地集约利用和生态福利绩效指标体系,利用随机前沿分析方法对二者之间关系进行测度以及耦合性关联分析,最后结合国土空间规划,从结构驱动、生态驱动和治理驱动提出应对之策,以期为该地区城市可持续发展提供支撑。The coupled and coordinated development between the intensive land use and regional ecological efficiency is of great significance to the sustainable development of cities and the construction of ecological civilization.Qiqihar is a typical industrial city in Heilongjiang Province,and the performance index systems of intensive land use and ecological welfare are constructed respectively,the coupling correlation analysis is conducted by using the stochastic frontier analysis method.Combined with the land space planning,countermeasures are proposed from the aspect of structural drive,ecological drive,and governance drive,providing support for the sustainable development of cities in this region.
