潮汕侨批业的风险管控动因研究

摘　　要：持续存在了一百多年的侨批,在特殊的历史背景下发挥了独特的跨境金融与跨境通信的作用,蕴含着信用、国际汇兑、货币等跨境金融的历史。本文以粤港澳民间收藏家藏品为样本,运用风险管控理论及分析方法,探讨1910—1949年间,侨批业的风险点和管控点,并对侨批业从被动到主动建立风险管控机制的行为动机进行了详细分析并得出了结论。Overseas Chinese Approval,which has existed for more than 100 years,has played a unique role in cross-border finance and cross-border communication under a special historical background,and contains the history of cross-border finance such as credit,international exchange,and currency.Using the collections of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao folk collectors as samples,this paper uses the risk management and control theory and analysis methods to discuss the risk points and control points of the overseas Chinese batch industry from 1910 to 1949,and to establish a risk management and control mechanism for the overseas Chinese batch industry from passive to active behavior.Motivation is analyzed in detail and conclusions are drawn.
