摘  要:针对非典型曲面竖井贯流泵进出水流道结构和施工特点,文章研发提出了基于BIM信息技术辅助、独立工序预制加工以及综合保障施工的新型施工工法,详细介绍了施工的流程和施工工艺,以及竖井贯流泵进出水流道模板制作安装施工技术。该工法关键技术是在传统施工技术基础上的科学改进,符合实践现状和技术条件,具有先进性、科学性和适用性。依托项目的流道线型控制精度高、实体质量好、表面光滑,可以推广使用。Concerning the structure and construction characteristics of flow passage of non-typical curved vertical tubular pump,this paper develops and proposes a new construction method based on BIM information technology assistance,independent process prefabrication and comprehensive guarantee of construction.It introduces the construction process and technology in detail as well as the installation and construction technology of the template design for flow passage of non-typical curved vertical tubular pump.The key technology of the construction method is the scientific improvement on the basis of traditional construction technology,which is in line with the practical status and technical conditions,and has the advantages of advanced,scientific and applicable.Relying on the high control precision of the flow channel,the good solid quality and the smooth surface,the project can be popularized and used.
