浅析龚嘴水电厂机组、主变及线路电压互感器技改选型与配置

摘　　要：龚嘴水电厂每台水轮发电机组原配置了三组电压互感器,共有3组星形绕组和1组剩余电压绕组,线路电压互感器配置了一组电压互感器,共有2组星形绕组和1组剩余电压绕组,存在多设备共用绕组问题,同时主变电量保护装置的零序电压使用的是相邻线路的零序电压,以上情况不满足国网公司关于继电保护反措和相关规程规范的要求。通过技改工作,满足了保护装置双重化配置的要求,提升了测速装置、调速器控制器、计量仪表等设备的可靠性。文章主要介绍了技改前后电压互感器配置情况,分析了选型及设计过程,供水电行业技术人员参考。Each hydro-generator unit of Gongzui Hydropower Plant is originally equipped with three sets of voltage transformers,with three sets of star winding and one set of residual voltage winding in total.Line voltage transformer is equipped with one set of voltage transformer,with two sets of star winding and one set of residual voltage winding in total.The winding of multiple devices is shared and the zero-sequence voltage of the main transformer power protection device uses the zero sequence voltage of adjacent lines.The above situation does not meet the requirements of the State Grid Corporation on relay protection countermeasures as well as relevant regulations and specifications.Through technical modification,the requirements of dual configuration of protection device are met,and the reliability of equipment such as speed measuring device,governor controller and metering device is improved.This paper mainly introduces the configuration of voltage transformer before and after technical modification and analyzes the selection and design process,which can provide a reference for technical personnel of water supply industry.
