摘　　要：针对三相三线表电压互感器一次侧A相或C相保险熔断时追补电量的计算问题,提出利用非失压相计量元件功率数据求得实际有功功率,并经功率求和得到实际电量的追补电量计算方法。该方法结合实际,能有效避免失压相残余电压的影响,提高了追补电量计算的可靠性和准确性,为解决追补电量的计算问题提供了一种可行办法。In view of the calculation for makeup electricity of three-phase and three-wire electricity meter when A-phase or C-phase fuse is blown,a new method for calculating makeup electricity is proposed to obtain the actual active power by using the power data of the non-loss-voltage phase metering element,and obtain the actual electric quantity by summing the power.Combined with the actual situation,this method can effectively avoid the influence of the residual voltage of the voltage-loss phase,improve the reliability and accuracy of the calculation of the supplementary power,and provide a feasible method for solving the calculation problem of the supplementary power.
